Prior to 2016, the commonly purchased heavy sandwiched aluminum parts in the market. These products generally have the following pain points:
- High manufacturing costs and low sales prices brought about high sales price
- The efficiency of the manufacturing efficiency of the sand turning technology has caused a long delivery times, and the batch order delivery time also get longer.
- The upper and lower rings of aluminum and reducers may break under the impact of the external force and cannot be repaired.
- In response to these issues, Mr pan checked with technical and management teams, after several discussions and verifications, are finally welded with steel plate laser cutting to solve the above problems in one fell swoop.
